I want to put recycling bins in the classes, but with the stuff I'm looking at, I will have to spend $500.
I'm looking for about a 23 gallon.

In my school, people throw plastic bottles in the trash. Every time I see this, I keep thinking about how it could have been recycled. What are the steps to carry recycling bins to my school?
